Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what people usually ask before starting voice therapy or the Brave program. If you don't see your question here, just ask us directly.

Getting Started

We talk through what's going on for you, what you've noticed about your voice or how you handle pressure, and what you're hoping to get out of working together. There's no assessment or commitment required for that first conversation.

If your concern is mostly physical, strain, fatigue, hoarseness, or changes in how your voice sounds or feels, voice therapy is the right starting point. If your concern is more about how you communicate when the stakes feel high, meetings, interviews, or public speaking, Brave is likely the better fit. If you're not sure, tell us what's going on and we'll help you figure out where to start.

No. The first conversation is just that, a conversation. You decide from there whether you want to move forward.

Still not sure where to start?

That's exactly what the first conversation is for. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

The Process

There isn't a single typical plan, that's the point. Your plan is shaped around what your assessment reveals and what your day-to-day life actually requires from your voice or your communication.

Brave isn't about memorizing better delivery. It's about understanding how you personally respond under pressure and building steadiness that holds up in the real moment, not just in rehearsal.

Yes. If we start working together and it becomes clear the other path fits better, we'll talk it through and adjust.
